In a world where everyone is constantly ‘busy,’ there are so many competing forces for your time and energy. It is important that you develop skills for regaining that sense of control.

Building Resilience Through Mindfulness

Health & Medical Professionals

These meditations have been specifically designed for front-line health workers who are expected to function in complex and high-pressure environments.

This program has been implemented in hospitals, and with smaller groups of medical professionals to provide a personal toolkit for building resilience and finding calm.

New meditations added regularly.

Corporate & Business

As part of our Workplace Wellbeing subscription, meditations have been designed to address a number of key categories to help you to:

  • Gain a sense of control

  • Are more connected to your work colleagues

  • Have a greater sense of wellbeing

  • Get a better nights sleep

  • Have more energy for your loved ones when you get home at night

Kind words of reference.

“Sheryl Duguid has been instrumental in setting up and developing the Coffs Harbour Emergency Wellness Initiative (CHEWI). She runs a weekly guided meditation session in the hospital for our medical and nursing staff. These sessions are used to discuss topics key to our doctor's and nursing staff’s wellbeing – such as burnout and a growth vs fixed mindset. Sheryl has introduced our staff to breath led meditation and offers our department an online series of guided meditation to help us develop a mindfulness practise at home.

Sheryl also sits on our wellness committee that strives to find ways to support our staff. Through Sheryl’s well established contacts in the community we have been able to reach out to the local food truck syndicate to deliver healthy wholesome food to our department to support them in their 24 hour service provision. Furthermore, through her network of contacts, we are looking at providing ad hoc in situ yoga and massage to support and thank our staff for the incredible work they do. Sheryl’s passion and commitment to supporting the emergency department through what has been a difficult 12 months has been incredibly well received by our staff and I look forward to what we can achieve in the future.”
