A moment in time

I was listening to the radio the other day and a woman was saying, "if you don't grow better, you grow bitter".

She was 70 years old and having the time of her life.

I contemplated on how that applied to my life. In my almost-60-years there have been many opportunities to hold grudges, and to take the high self-righteous road. I realised that the only person I would be hurting was me. I'm so glad I took the time to go inward, and really see what was on offer...... An opportunity to grow.

As we launch into Spring, think about what's nurturing and supporting you in your life, and what's allowing you to thrive...Think about what's holding you back and dragging you down... Think about deliberately choosing to have "new growth", to have fun and a life that is full of kindness and compassion. A life that is based on love. And the question I need to ask you is....
How does your garden grow?

With love,
