Mindfulness for children

Our children need to feel safe and to have a soft place to fall when they come home from school.
There is a lot of general fear and anxiety in the community evidenced by the toilet paper shortage!

Even more reason to introduce mindfulness meditation into schools.
More meditations have been professionally recorded for my primary school mindfulness program and conversations are being had with schools.  I'm so excited with how this program is coming together!

BDC senior student meditation sessions are happening soon.

Group meditations continue to be offered in Sapphire Beach and Sawtell. If there is a change in this I will let you know via txt and on my social media. In these trying times, I suggest you start the day with some deep breathing to balance yourself before you step out into the frantic world we are currently living in.  If you would like to join us, please let me know and I'll ensure that you have a space set for you.

I've seen many positive changes in people who have committed to regular meditation sessions. They practice and practice and then one day....it all just clicks and they are on their way to a state of grace.
