LOOKING PEACE OF MIND IN THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES?
Have you ever struggled to calm your child, during the day or at bedtime?...
Have you ever felt at a loss of how to reassure your child?...
Have you ever worried about how your child will deal with the challenges faced as they grow?..
Good news!
Ronnie the Rabbit is here to help!
This simple mindfulness meditation, with practice, will calm your child and enable them to settle. Listen to Ronnie the Rabbit.
Create a regular "quiet time" where your child is able to rest. I suggest after lunch or before going to bed. So long as it's approximately the same time every day. No screens and lots of comfy cushions. If you can, reduce the light coming into the room and if there are others in the house, ask them to do something quiet to support the practice..
It's a good idea, at first, for you to join your child in the meditation to reassure and to get them started with the practice. Once they get the hang of it, your presence will no longer be required.
It is suitable for primary aged children. 5yrs old and beyond.
It encourages self regulation and builds resilience... An effective way to manage your child's stress ... giving you peace of mind.
This meditation is part of the Pure Heart Wellbeing Primary School Mindfulness Program that I have recently created and have begun rolling out to our primary schools.
Enjoy ... if you need any suggestions or hints please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to support you.
