Returns & Exchanges

The products sold by Pure Heart Wellbeing are unique and Hand made.
Slight imperfections or variations of colour is naturally occurring and only adds to it’s appeal and authenticity.
Every care is taken in the packaging and sending of the products.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact Pure Heart Wellbeing immediately and a replacement/exchange will be arranged.
The purchaser needs to notify Pure Heart Wellbeing within 14 days of receiving delivery of the damaged item. The item needs to be returned to Pure Heart Wellbeing at the expense of the purchaser. It needs to include a copy of a valid receipt.
By meeting these requirements, Pure Heart Wellbeing will facilitate a replacement or exchange.
